What should be paid attention to in the operation of submersible

Submersible pump should pay attention to the following points in operation:

( 1 ) the submersible pump work, should pay attention to the water level decline, submersible pumps shall not work outside the road out of the water.

( 2 ) when the pump stops, the effluent, less noise and thermal protector the frequent jump phenomenon, should be promptly stop the pump.

( 3 ) check the power supply voltage is too low or the power cable fault, or lack of phase.

( 4 ) check the impeller without jamming or wear, water chamber is silted up, lift too high or too low, the screen is congestion. If there is fault, find out the corresponding solution.

( 5 ) in the case of stator winding fault, shall send repair unit repair. The new assembly, sealing parts need to do 0.2MPa pressure check.

( 6 ) the submersible pump in use, found that cable breakage immediately replaced, can use. If a period of time not, submersible pump should not be soaked in water, shall be clean. As the submersible pump used for pumping thick slurry, should be put in the water electricity to run for a few minutes, wash pump slurry, then dried coated with anti-rust oil, stored in a dry place.
